<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Sciogliere il burro a fiamma bassa. Nel frattempo sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale. Unire poco alla volta il liquore e poi il burro. A questo punto incorporare la farina setacciata con il lievito. Formare un panetto e poi trasferire su una spianatoia. Lavorare bene l'impasto e lasciarlo riposare per 30 minuti. Trascorso questo tempo formare con la pasta dei lunghi cilindri e tagliarli a pezzetti, poco più grandi di una nocciola. Arrotolarli con il palmo della mano e friggerli in abbondante olio di semi di arachide. Eliminare l'olio in eccesso facendoli asciugare su carta assorbente e poi cospargere con zucchero a velo.<br />
Mamma li ha ripassati nel miele sciolto in padella, come si fa con gli struffoli ;)<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Lavorare l'impasto iniziando dalla farina a fontana con al centro tutti gli ingredienti ad eccezione del burro che verrà incorporato alla fine poco alla volta. L'impasto deve essere lavorato bene. Deve risultare liscio ed elastico. Lasciar riposare per una notte intera in frigorifero in un contenitore coperto da pellicola trasparente.<br />
Il giorno seguente riprendere l'impasto e stenderlo con un mattarello ad uno spessore di un centimetro e mezzo.<br />
Con un coppapasta ricavare tanti dischetti e lasciarli lievitare per un'ora circa nel forno, in una teglia coperta da carta forno, con la lucetta accesa. Il mio coppapasta ha un diametro di 8cm e con queste dosi sono venuti fuori 22 bomboloni.<br />
A questo punto riscaldare abbondante olio di semi di arachide e friggere i bomboloni, prima da un lato e poi dall'altro, senza rigirarli sempre.<br />
Lasciar asciugare l'olio in eccesso su un foglio di carta assorbente e quando i bomboloni saranno tutti fritti, procedere con la farcitura. Se non disponete di una siringa da pasticcere, praticate prima un foro nel centro, e poi con il sac a poche riempite i bomboloni. Alla fine cospargere con zucchero a velo.<br />

Un antipasto sfizioso o una cena "leggera": qualcosa che di più facile e buono non ce n'è.<br />
Basta tagliare a fette il pane e farlo tostare in forno con un filo d'olio a 200° per circa 15 minuti. Io ho utilizzato dei piatti singoli in terracotta che possono essere messi in forno. Nel frattempo tagliare la scamorza a fette non troppo sottili; su ogni fetta di pane ci vanno 2/3 fette. quando il pane sarà pronto, tirarlo fuori dal forno, aggiungere la scamorza e rimettere in forno giusto il tempo necessario che questa si scioglie. Togliere dal forno quando la scamorza si sarà sciolta e grattare sopra il tartufo nero. Se non avete a disposizione il tartufo nero andrà benissimo anche una salsa tartufata che è di più facile reperibilità.</div>

In una ciotola montare le uova con lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale o un goccio di salsa di soia. Unire tutti gli altri ingredienti e mescolare bene anche con l'aiuto di una frusta elettrica, ottenendo una pastella senza grumi. Far riposare l'impasto per 30 minuti.</div>

Ungere d'olio una padella antiaderente, farla riscaldare e versare un mestolo di impasto. Non c'è bisogno di allargarlo come la crepes; quando cominceranno a formarsi dei buchini girare e cuocere anche dall'altro lato per pochi secondi. Togliere dal fuoco e procedere con la cottura degli altri dorayaki. La cottura deve avvenire a fiamma moderata altrimenti i dorayaki non si cuoceranno correttamente. Un'altra piccola accortezza è quella di utilizzare gli ingredienti tutti alla stessa temperatura, in poche parole le uova o il latte non devono essere freddi di frigorifero.<br />

Per prima cosa bisogna avere a disposizione un brodino leggero, io per il risotto lo preparo con cipolla e carota o sedano. In alternativa va bene anche soltanto acqua bollente salata, l'importante è che sia bollente. Il secondo passo è quello di pulire il tartufo con una spazzola in modo da eliminare la terra e poi sciacquarlo con acqua corrente.<br />
In un tegame far scaldare 3 cucchiai di olio con un cucchiaino di cipolla bianca tagliata sottilmente. Quando l'olio sarà caldo aggiungere il riso. Tostare per qualche minuto e poi sfumare con un bicchiere di vino bianco. Quando l'alcool sarà evaporato, aggiungere un mestolo di acqua bollente o brodo e continuare la cottura cosi, man mano che viene assorbita aggiungere l'altra, mescolando di tanto in tanto.<br />
Nel frattempo che il riso cuoce potete grattugiare il pecorino, la quantità da utilizzare può variare a seconda dei gusti, così come il pepe.<br />
Quando il riso sarà giunto a cottura, dopo circa 15 minuti, in base alla tipologia di riso, spegnere la fiamma e mantecare con il burro, il pepe macinato e il pecorino. Lasciar riposare qualche minuto e poi portare in tavola completando con il tartufo affettato.</div>

Io non l'ho fatto ma volendo si può aggiungere anche frutta secca come mandorle, nocciole o pinoli. Preparare il pesto di melanzane e basilico è semplicissimo, l'unico chiamiamolo problema è il fatto che le melanzane devono essere cosparse di sale per spurgare, e per farlo ci vuole tempo, un'ora e più. Perciò se non avete questo tempo a disposizione, basta acquistarlo tra i banchi del supermercato e se non lo trovate può essere sostituito con un semplice pesto di basilico.<br />

Tagliare poi la mozzarella di bufala a dadini e lasciarla asciugare per una mezzora su un canovaccio asciutto, in questo modo durante la cottura in forno non rilascerà molta acqua.<br />

Quando avrete tutti gli ingredienti pronti potete procedere con la cottura della pasta in abbondante acqua salata, io ho utilizzato i pennoni di Gragnano del Pastificio dei Campi, nove minuti e ho scolato. Ho però prelevato un poco di acqua di cottura e l'ho aggiunta al pesto, rendendolo più fluido. Ho condito la pasta con il pesto di melanzane e una parte della mozzarella. Ho trasferito la pasta in quattro tegamini di terracotta, ho aggiunto la mozzarella di bufala rimanente e un filo d'olio e ho infornato per circa 10 minuti a 200°, il tempo di far sciogliere la mozzarella. Poi ho tolto dal forno e ho aggiunto una fettina di prosciutto crudo affumicato. Ho infornato per un altro minuto e poi ho messo in tavola, cioè in pancia ;)<br />

E' facilissimo prepararli, basta dividere a metà un salatino o un semplice crackers che non sia di quelli aromatizzati. Amalgamare poi ricotta vaccina con panna da cucina e pesto di pistacchi e con una tasca da cucina magari con un beccuccio a stella spremere la crema sul salatino. Tagliare la mortadella della forma che più preferite e adagiatene due pezzetti sulla crema di pistacchi.</div>

220 gr di farina<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b></div>

<i>Per la frolla al cacao:</i> in un recipiente lavorare le uova con lo zucchero e il burro a temperatura ambiente. Quando sarà tutto ben amalgamato aggiungere la farina, il cacao e la vanillina . Incorporare velocemente la farina, senza lavorare troppo l'impasto. Lasciar riposare quindi il panetto in frigorifero per 30 minuti.<br />

Trascorso questo tempo, riprendere le frolle, stenderle con un mattarello ad uno spessore molto sottile, circa 3 millimetri. Per far aderire bene le sfoglie l'una all'altra, spennellare tutta la superficie di una delle due con l'acqua e poggiare su l'altra. Con una rotellina o con un coltello rifilare le sfoglie per ottenere un rettangolo. Spennellare ancora con l'acqua ed arrotolare bene. Ripetere la stessa operazione con la frolla avanzata, staccando delicatamente l'una dall'altra per riottenere i due impasti, oppure impastare grossolanamente per ottenere dei biscotti "marmorizzati". Lasciar riposare il rotolo in frigorifero per almeno un'ora e trascorso questo tempo, con un coltello ben affilato ricavare tanti dischetti da circa 1 cm di spessore. Per ottenere i cuori, dopo aver tagliato i dischetti, incidere con uno stampino a forma a cuore. Cuocere a 170°, forno statico, per 15 minuti.<br />

La mia non è proprio la ricetta tradizionale. Non amo molto il sapore del formaggio nei dolci, per questo non ho utilizzato soltanto formaggio spalmabile come la philadelphia ma ho aggiunto una dolcissima ricotta vaccina di un caseificio del mio paese, il mascarpone e la panna dolce non acida.<br />
<br />
Provando e riprovando a casa ho capito alcune cose:<br />
- oltre al fatto che bisogna utilizzare uno stampo con cerniera, il fondo deve essere rivestito di carta argentata perchè durante la cottura, il burro contenuto nei biscotti potrebbe fuoriuscire. Io non l'ho utilizzata perchè il mio stampo ha di per sè un bordino contenitore.<br />
- Le uova non devono essere montate, ma devono soltanto essere incorporate alla crema, una alla volta. Man mano che una viene assorbita, si aggiunge l'altra.<br />
- ricordatevi di preriscaldare il forno e una volta infornata la vostra cheesecake, non aprite per nulla al mondo il forno 😅<br />
- la temperatura è di 160° forno statico, per 60/70 minuti. Quando la superficie sarà dorata, spegnete e lasciate il forno leggermente aperto. Potete mettere in mezzo una palettina di legno. Io preferisco far raffreddare completamente in forno, piuttosto che, appena cotta, tirarla fuori. Ci sarebbe troppo uno sbalzo di temperatura. Una volta raffreddata deve riposare in frigorifero per almeno 4 ore. Perciò vi consiglio di prepararla con un giorno in anticipo e decorarla prima di mangiarla.<br />
- non preoccupatevi se sulla base della cheesecake si formeranno delle crepe, tanto andremo a ricoprirle con la marmellata.<br />
<br />

320 gr di biscotti digestive<br />
95gr di burro<br />
cannella in polvere q.b.<br />

200 gr di philadelphia<br />
250 gr di mascarpone<br />

1 vasetto di yogurt bianco<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
<i>Per la base:</i> spennellare la base e i bordi dello stampo con una parte del burro fuso. Tritare i biscotti finemente, aggiungere il burro fuso e la cannella, mescolare per ottenere un composto sabbioso e trasferire nello stampo . Schiacciare l'impasto sulla base e lungo le pareti per creare i bordi, potete utilizzare anche il fondo di un bicchiere di vetro. Lasciar poi riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti.<br />

<i>Per la crema:</i> Preriscaldare il forno a 160° statico. Lavorare la ricotta, il mascarpone, la philadelphia, lo yogurt, lo zucchero, l'estratto di vaniglia e la scorza di limone . Aggiungere poi un uovo per volta. Solo quando il primo sarà assorbito, proseguire con l'altro. Infine la panna e la farina setacciata. Versare il composto nella tortiera e cuocere per 60/70 minuti a 160°.<br />

Quando i bordi saranno dorati e il centro della cheesecake un po dondolante, è il momento di spegnere il forno. Lasciar raffreddare in forno leggermente aperto, con un palettina di legno in mezzo, e poi, quando sarà completamente freddo, lasciarlo riposare in frigorifero per almeno 4 ore. Completare con la marmellata di frutti di bosco e frutti di bosco freschi.<br />

<i>A casa Ciarcia gli arancini si preparano soltanto se c'è del riso avanzato. Per mantenerci leggeri, a pranzo avevamo preparato un semplice risotto in bianco con olio e parmigiano. Ne era avanzato quasi più di una porzione, perciò l'ho conservato in frigo e ho deciso di preparare degli arancini per cena. Al riso, già pronto, ho aggiunto soltanto un cucchiaio di <b>pesto di pistacchi</b>, la <b>scorza </b>grattugiata di un <b>limone</b>, un po di parmigiano e il pangrattato perchè l'impasto era un poco troppo morbido. All'interno invece della classica mozzarella, ho inserito un cubetto di <b>mortadella</b>. Ho chiuso bene in modo da farla restare nel centro e poi ho ripassato le palline di riso prima nella farina, poi nell'uovo sbattuto e infine nel pangrattato. Visto che alla fine mi era avanzato ancora un po di uovo sbattuto, ho fatto una doppia panatura. Li ho fritti in abbondante olio di semi di arachide, fino a farli diventare belli dorati dorati. <b>Et voilà, la cena è pronta.</b></i></div>

L'unica accortezza nel realizzare questa insalata è quella di cuocere il cavolfiore in abbondante acqua bollente salata. La cottura deve essere veloce, il cavolfiore ancora croccante. <b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
<i>Per la pasta frolla:</i> in un recipiente lavorare le uova con lo zucchero e il burro a temperatura ambiente. Quando sarà tutto ben amalgamato aggiungere la farina, la vanillina e la scorza di mezzo limone. Incorporare velocemente la farina, senza lavorare troppo l'impasto. Lasciar riposare quindi il panetto in frigorifero.<br />

Nel frattempo preparare il ripieno con le mele.<br />
Sbucciare la mela, togliere il torsolo centrale e poi tagliarla a cubetti di piccole dimensioni. Mettere i cubetti di mela in un pentolino ed irrorare con il succo di mezzo limone. Aggiungere un poco di cannella in polvere ed accendere la fiamma. Far ammorbidire le mele a fiamma bassa per circa 10 minuti, fino a quando risulteranno tenere. Far quindi raffreddare e nel frattempo riprendere la pasta frolla.<br />
Stenderla ad uno spessore di circa 5 millimetri e ricavare tanti cuoricini con l'aiuto di una formina.<br />
Schiacciare i bastoncini sulla punta del cuoricino, praticare una leggera pressione nel centro( dove appoggiare le mele), spennellare tutta la base con il succo che hanno rilasciato le mele e adagiarne poi un cucchiaino. Coprire con un altro cuoricino di frolla, schiacciando bene i bordi. Continuare fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti e poi infornare a 160° per 15/20 minuti. Lasciar raffreddare completamente prima di alzare i lollipop dalla teglia, altrimenti essendo caldi potranno rompersi. Completare con zucchero a velo.<br />

<i>Quando ho scoperto questo dolce ero al primo anno di università, la prima uscita con dei nuovi amici. Andammo a mangiare "da Bruto" , una pizzeria abbastanza famosa alle spalle del Giulio Cesare, il Liceo Classico. Io volevo fermarmi alla pizza, ma loro, romani doc, dissero che avrei dovuto provare un dolce tipico. Perciò ci portarono queste piccole palline, fritte, ricoperte da tanta nutella. So che, tradizionalmente, si preparano a Carnevale, ma nelle pizzerie di Roma si possono trovare durante tutto l'anno, anche perchè sono realizzate proprio con lo stesso impasto della pizza.</i></div>

Sciogliere il lievito nell'acqua tiepida.<br />
Su un piano di lavoro, fare una fontana con la farina e al centro mettere sale, zucchero, un cucchiaio d'olio e il lievito stemperato nell'acqua. Iniziare ad impastare con una forchetta e poi continuare con le mani. Impastare a lungo, per 15 minuti circa fino a quando il panetto sarà liscio ed omogeneo. Posizionare in una ciotola, coprire con pellicola trasparente e un canovaccio, e lasciar lievitare in un luogo caldo fino a quando avrà raddoppiato il suo volume.<br />
A questo punto, scaldare abbondante olio di semi di arachide, verificare che l'olio sia pronto con uno stuzzicadenti, quando si formeranno delle bollicine attorno significa che è pronto. Staccare dei piccoli pezzi dall'impasto, con le mani formare delle palline e friggerle nell'olio bollente, fino a doratura. Quindi scolare e lasciar asciugare su un foglio di carta assorbente, poi passarle velocemente nello zucchero. Soltanto alla fine, quando saranno tutte pronte, cospargere di nutella.<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Dopo aver pulito il polpo, togliendo occhi, bocca e interiora, sciacquarlo bene sotto acqua corrente. Se avete tempo a disposizione, per ottenere un polpo più morbido potete metterlo direttamente in acqua fredda e farlo bollire per almeno un'ora, per poi farlo raffreddare lentamente nella stessa acqua. Altrimenti portare ad ebollizione acqua salata, calare il polpo fino ad immergerlo completamente e lasciar cuocere per 40 minuti circa a fiamma bassa e con coperchio socchiuso. Scolare e metterlo in una ciotola con acqua e ghiaccio per bloccare la cottura. Quando si sarà raffreddato tagliarlo in piccoli pezzetti.<br />

Per la citronette con cui condire il polpo servirà il succo di un limone, tre cucchiai di olio, un pizzico di sale, e uno spicchio d'aglio. Amalgamare il tutto e poi aggiungere il prezzemolo tritato.<br />
<b><u><br /></u></b>
Lavare accuratamente le mele sotto acqua corrente, tagliarle a fettine mantenendo la buccia ed eliminando la parte interna; porre in un pentolino e cospargere con il succo di mezzo limone. Tagliare anche uno spicchio di cipolla rossa di Tropea e aggiungerla alle mele. Aggiungere poi una noce di burro e un cucchiaio di zucchero. A fiamma alta cuocere per circa 5 minuti. Sfumare con un bicchierino di vino bianco e proseguire la cottura per dieci minuti, fino a quando le mele risulteranno tenere e morbide e il vino avrà raggiunto una consistenza cremosa.<br />

Condire quindi il polpo con la citronette e le mele.<br />

<i>Al burro ho sostituito l'olio d'oliva, in questo modo restano molto soffici anche il giorno dopo, anche se, non ci sono dubbi, sono molto più gustosi caldi e appena cotti.</i></div>

<b><u>INGREDIENTI:</u></b> per 7 pancakes<br />
70 gr di farina<br />
1 uovo<br />
1 cucchiaio di zucchero<br />
1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine o di semi di arachide<br />
110 ml di latte<br />
1 pizzico di sale<br />
1 bustina di vanillina<br />
un po di scorza di limone<br />
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Il procedimento è semplicissimo. In una ciotola unire la farina, lo zucchero, il sale, la vanillina, la scorza di limone e il lievito. In un'altra ciotolina sbattere il latte con l'uovo e l'olio. Unire i due composti, amalgamare velocemente con una frusta, anche se ci sono ancora grumi non fa nulla.<br />

<span style="text-align: start;">Porre una pentola antiaderente sul fuoco a fiamma moderata, non troppo alta altrimenti i pancakes non avranno tempo di lievitare. Ungere con un fazzoletto bagnato d'olio e versare al centro mezzo mestolo di composto. </span></div>

<span style="text-align: start;">Quando cominceranno a formarsi delle bollicine, significa che è il momento di girare il pancake. Cuocere per qualche 20/30 secondi anche dall'altro lato.</span></div>

370 gr di farina<br />
250 gr di zucchero<br />

150 ml di olio di semi di arachide<br />
150 ml di succo d'arancia<br />
scorza di un'arancia e di un limone<br />
1 bustina di lievito per dolci<br />
1 bustina di vanillina<br />
1 pizzico di sale<br />
<i>Per la glassa:</i><br />
3 cucchiai di acqua<br />
125 gr di zucchero a velo<br />
<br />
<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Montare le uova con un pizzico di sale, la vanillina e lo zucchero, fino a quando il composto sarà bianco e spumoso.<br />
Aggiungere quindi il succo d'arancia, 150 ml corrispondono ad un bicchiere di plastica colmo fino all'orlo, e la scorza di un'arancia e di un limone.<br />
Amalgamare bene e proseguire alternando farina setacciata con il lievito e l'olio di semi di arachide.<br />
Versare il composto ottenuto in una teglia per ciambelle imburrata e infarinata e infornare a 170° per 30 minuti circa, la teglia che ho usato ha un diametro di 25cm<br />
A cottura ultimata lasciar raffreddare completamente la ciambella e nel frattempo preparare la glassa:<br />
in una ciotola versare lo zucchero a velo e aggiungere un cucchiaio d'acqua ala volta fino ad ottenere una crema liscia ma densa. Versarla sulla ciambella, fredda, e lasciarla asciugare. Alla fine completare con scorza d'arancia o come nel mio caso polvere di buccia d'arancia.<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Preparare la besciamella utilizzando un litro di latte e seguendo le indicazioni che trovate cliccando <a href="https://www.lericettedicasaciarcia.com/2015/06/besciamella.html" target="_blank">qui</a><br />
Il pesto di pistacchi può essere sia acquistato , già pronto, che preparato seguendo la mia ricetta che trovate cliccando <a href="https://www.lericettedicasaciarcia.com/2018/02/pesto-di-pistacchi.html" target="_blank">qui</a><br />
Una volta preparata la besciamella, lasciarla raffreddare e poi incorporare il pesto di pistacchi.<br />
Tagliare la scamorza e la mortadella a dadini.<br />
In una padella far appassire un poco di cipolla, io ho utilizzato quella di Tropea, con un filo d'olio e un bicchiere d'acqua.<br />
Quando si sarà asciugata tutta l'acqua aggiungere la mortadella, alzare la fiamma e sfumare con mezzo bicchierino di whisky.<br />
Quando sarà evaporato l'alcool, spegnere e lasciar intiepidire.<br />
Non resta che procurarvi un po di granella di pistacchi, mortadella affettata e grattugiare il parmigiano e si può procedere a comporre la lasagna.<br />
"Sporcare" la base della teglia con la besciamella, adagiare quindi le sfoglie di lasagna, dapprima passate velocemente in acqua o latte caldo. Procedere con besciamella, scamorza, parmigiano, mortadella a cubetti e infine la mortadella affettata. Andare avanti così fino a quando esauriranno i vostri ingredienti e sull'ultimo strato terminare con un filo d'olio e la granella di pistacchi.. Infornare a 180° per 30 minuti. Per i primi 20 minuti coprire con carta argentata.<br />

<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
<i>Per la salsa:</i><br />
Soffriggere uno spicchio d'aglio con l'olio extravergine di oliva, facendo attenzione a non bruciarlo. Togliere l'aglio e aggiungere i moscardini e i calamari tagliati a pezzettini.<br />
Farli scottare e a fiamma vivace sfumare con mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco secco.<br />
Una volta evaporato l'alcol, aggiungere la passata di pomodoro e il prezzemolo tritato e un po di basilico. (io di solito aggiungo un poco d'acqua, quanto basta per ripulire il contenitore della salsa).<br />
Far cuocere a fiamma moderata, per trenta minuti e più mescolando di tanto in tanto.<br />
A fine cottura aggiungere le olive nere denocciolate e aggiustare di sale.<br />
<br />
Lavare e spuntare le melanzane. Tagliarle a fettine sottili nel senso della lunghezza, cospargerle di sale e farle spurgare in un colapasta coperto da canovaccio e con un peso, per circa trenta minuti. Trascorso questo tempo, in una padella capiente far riscaldare abbondante olio di semi di arachide nel quale friggere le melanzane, prima infarinate e poi passate nell'uovo sbattuto.<br />
Una volta fritte far assorbire l'olio in eccesso da un foglio di carta assorbente.<br />
<br />
Tagliare la scamorza a fettine, quindi comporre la parmigiana.<br />
"Sporcare" la base della teglia con la salsa, quindi adagiare le melanzane, proseguire con un cucchiaio di parmigiano grattugiato, le fettine di scamorza e infine la salsa; ricoprire con le melanzane e procedere cosi per 3 strati, fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti. Cuocere per 20 minuti a 180° in forno preriscaldato. Lasciar intiepidire prima di servire.<br />

200gr di cioccolato fondente<br />
150gr di burro<br />
2 uova<br />
150gr di zucchero<br />
100gr di farina<br />
30gr di cacao amaro in polvere<br />
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci<br />
1 bustina di vanillina<br />
1 cucchiaio di granella di pistacchi<br />
1 cucchiaio di granella di nocciole<br />
<i>Per decorare:</i><br />
smarties<br />
zucchero a vello<br />
cocco grattugiato<br />
<br />
<b><u>PROCEDIMENTO:</u></b><br />
Preriscaldare il forno a 160°. Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria con il burro e poi lasciar intiepidire. Nel frattempo sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e la vanillina fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso. Aggiungere poi il cacao amaro e il cioccolato sciolto. Infine la farina setacciata con il lievito. Amalgamare bene e unire la granella di pistacchi e nocciole. Trasferire il composto ottenuto in una teglia rettangolare, la mia è 22x26cm, coperta da carta forno e infornare a 160° per 30 minuti. Trascorso questo tempo, sfornare e lasciar raffreddare, dopodiché tagliare a metà il dolce nel senso della lunghezza e poi ricavare tanti triangoli che fungeranno da alberi.
